 Warranty Information And Store Policies

6 Month Limited Warranty

Defective Merchandise: Any item that is or becomes defective within it's warranty period will be replaced or repaired by the MANUFACTURER. The item must be shipped in all original packaging and a Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained. The first step is to call the repair department at the American dealer at 281-248-8660 for instructions. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to MANUFACTURER or the American dealer for repair.

Returns: All returned items require a Return Authorization number (RA#) before the item may be shipped to us. A Return Authorization number can be obtained by calling the American dealer customer service department at 281-248-8660. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if new, and a 30% restocking charge if used or not in new condition (including manufacturers boxes). All returns must be accompanied with the original box and packaging as well as all cables, instruction manuals and warranty registration cards. Upon receiving the returned item, a store credit will be issued to your account. Any items received without a Return Authorization will be refused by our receiving department. All items must be double-boxed to ensure that we receive the item in good condition. Items that can not be returned include music, software, light bulbs, and all fluids.This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to MANUFACTURER or the American dealer for repair.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM... ANY ITEM RETURNED SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING MANUFACTURERS BOX, WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

#1. CALL FOR A "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER". *NO BOXES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN R.A.#.*

#2. PACK THE ITEM IN ALL "ORIGINAL" MANUFACTURERS PACKING MATERIAL INCLUDING MANUFACTURERS BOX. *BOTH THE ITEM AND IT'S BOX MUST LOOK NEW WHEN RETURNED*

#3. DO NOT USE DUCT TAPE OR MASKING TAPE TO SEAL MANUFACTURERS BOX. DO NOT MARK ON MANUFACTURERS BOX.

#4. PLACE THIS BOX INSIDE ANOTHER LARGER BOX FOR SHIPPING. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU PACKED THE ITEM SUFFICIENTLY TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION. *INSURE THE BOX FOR IT'S VALUE TO PROTECT YOU IN CASE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE.*

#5. CALL THE AMERICAN DEALER FOR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING WHERE THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE RETURNED. Please take time to double check an item before returning it to repair. 9 out of 10 items returned are not defective when we test them.

SpeakerMax offers the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of SpeakerMax products within the period covered. SpeakerMax warrants each new product against defects in material and or workmanship for a period of 6 months, beginning on the date of purchase. Should a defect occur, SpeakerMax agrees to repair defective units or parts with new or factory rebuilt materials without charge for either parts or labor. Replacement units or parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

IMPORTANT. This warranty does not cover installation or damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, or any product which has been opened, altered or tampered with in any way. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to the American dealer for repair. This warranty does not apply to bulbs, music, software, fuses, triacs, relays, cleaning or adjustments, elimination of static or other electrical or magnetic interferences or the labor cost of removal or installation. Under no circumstances will SpeakerMax be liable for any expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

Cash Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer cash refunds. We will gladly take back any Stock Item for any reason within 30 days of purchase and issue a merchandise store credit. (Re-Stocking Fee may apply)
